My double panel lift door suddenly jammed as it was opening and one side fell out of the track, leaving it hanging dangerously. I rang Saddos and spoke to Michael who immediately prioritised my job because he could understand my predicament. Two of the boys arived within half hour and calmly assessed the situation and then with exceptional courage and strength managed to lift it back into a lockup stage. Excellent work. Great blokes all round.

Just wanted to say how much you appreciate Saddingtons driver bringing the mulch in a smaller truck. The original delivery truck would not fit up the driveway. The delivery guy was so nice and saved us lots of extra heavy lifting.

I went to Saddingtons to find flat make-a-bracket material to attach a mudguard to my pushbike. The man behind the counter helped me find the item, then spent about 20 minutes cutting it to the exact size I wanted, and bending it in a vice to suit my exact application. It was a huge help and saved me a lot of time.

Needed the wires replaced & repaired on one of our garage doors. Rang Saddingtons and they sent out Peter who arrived earlier than the time I was advised of. He was very efficient. Replaced the wires, oiled all the hinges & serviced the door plus also checked & serviced the other double garage door while he was here. Very impressed with his service. Would highly recommend him & Saddingtons. Thank you.

Rang up wanting to re-oil the back of my Ute tray, got ahold of a bloke named Jack. He was very knowledgeable about timber oil and stain and did an absolutely fantastic job steering me in the right direction. Jack not only got me the most appropriate timber oil but also made sure I had the rest of the equipment I needed. I was able to pay over the phone and pick up with absolutely no hassle. Amazing bloke and because of him I’ll be going there again. Thanks heaps Jack

I recently purchased a ladder from Saddingtons and had organised for my son to pick it up as my car was too small, unfortunately he was unable to go. I explained the circumstances to Saddingtons and a young woman told me they may be able to help and she would call back. Within minutes I received a call to say they were organising someone to drop it off (free of charge), a young man arrived about an hour later. I cannot recommend them highly enough - Julie

** Five Star Review for JACK!! 🏆🏆🏆💯** I Went to Saddingtons recently and purchased 24 chair tips for my dining chairs. Ended up getting the wrong size for my chairs(way too small). I called the store to ask what was possible (expecting nothing) and a young man called Jack answered the phone, picked out the right type and delivered it to me door, all within 2 hours! The lovely man helped me put the tips on my chairs while he was there as well. I couldn’t ask for better service and Jack is a true asset to the company.

Walked in to the store after a conversation with Lara. A gentleman helped me to locate Lara, Lara then provided all the assistance necessary to make the right decision on the product I was looking for (decking oil). Lara was patient, knowledgeable, offered suggestions, professional and friendly. Then walked over to the counter where another member of the team saw us in the line, opened up a counter and assisted us with the checkout process. Overall a great first experience with Saddingtons Broadmeadow. Thank you!
